I am a person that struggles with thoughts of my ideal body. Being a 40 year old Woman, working out has become a daunting and unmotivated task. Physical training with Camille has given me a new and realistic way of getting and staying fit. I now realize the importance of body control and form.
Camille is a patient, kind, and inspiring woman that puts you at ease, while also requiring things to be done correctly. My new thoughts are that being fit is up to one’s mind, body and strength. Camille has instilled these thoughts in me, and I could not be more thrilled.

I have been a client of Camille Wynn for over a decade now. I cannot recommend her more highly as a trainer and as a professional. Camille and I met when my children attended Grace Church School in Manhattan. Like so many working mothers, I had neglected my own health and could never find time to make it to the gym. I wanted to do some form of work-out but couldn’t find the motivation. That’s when another client of hers, a school administrator, introduced me. Since then, Camille has come to my apartment, twice weekly and worked her magic.
I have worked on and achieved my goals and maintained them, with her consistent motivation. She tailors each work out to you as an individual, according to your specific needs and current lifestyle demands. During tennis season she works on the parts of my body under the most strain. In the winter months we work to counter my more sedentary lifestyle. I stay toned and fit, but never injured. As I face turning 60, I can truly say, I have a “Body by Camille”. No one can believe that I am my age. But most importantly, I feel great. I know the work we do together makes all the difference.
If you have an opportunity to offer Camille a platform in your community, do not hesitate to bring her on board. I guarantee you won’t regret the decision. She cares deeply about changing lives through physical fitness and weight training. But her gifts go beyond just the physical. Camille brings community and empowerment to everyone, especially women. An athlete since high school, Denise maintains her competitive athletic ability. She is an avid tennis player.

Camille has been the personal trainer for my husband and myself for 10 years. She's the first person we see every weekday morning — yes, she works with us 5 days a week — and she makes our day! Because of her, we are stronger, healthier, more centered and can do things we never thought we could do!
