First, contact me with a brief description of your fitness goals.

I will respond with a brief explanation of how I can help you reach your goals, along with my rates. If still interested, we will then schedule a Free 30-45 Minute Fitness Consultation

 

Based on your fitness goals we will:

1. Discuss the best approach to help you reach your goals

2. Discuss Payment and  Scheduling

3. Discuss Cancellation, Rescheduling & Payment Policies

1-Hour Sessions In-person & Online

Minimum of 2 hours per week is recommended in order to see results

In Person Sessions

  • In home, or at a local community gym

  • Can train up to two people (In-person only)

Online Sessions

  • In Real-Time Via Skype

  • 40 minutes sessions also available (online only)
