For most, staying consistent, committed and disciplined -when it comes to getting in shape and staying fit can be challenging. Training with an experienced “personal fitness coach” is one of the best ways to achieve and maintain realistic fitness goals.
As a fitness professional, I offer a different type of training experience and see myself more as a personal fitness "Coach" (PFC), than a personal trainer.
In the early 2000's, I was hired as head phys ed teacher for the GO PROJECT summer school program (NYC). I also worked as an assistant coach and head coach for several team sports at Grace Church Middle School (NYC). My experience as a coach has taught me that coaches "wear several hats" to help support their team(s). In addition to being a fitness trainer, coaches are: motivators, physical therapists, therapists and teachers.
This is exactly what you will experience with me as your Personal Fitness Coach. A coach who will challenge, motivate, educate, support and help YOU reach and maintain your fitness goals.

BodybyCamille Personal Fitness Training has always been a "hybrid" personal training service business. Years before the pandemic made "online" Personal Training popular, I have coached clients — from Florida to Upstate NY — online in "REAL-TIME " via Skype.
